Former EKU Assistant In Running for Jax State Head Job

Mike Perrin of The Birmingham News reports that Tim Maloney, a Travis Ford assiatant at EKU and UMASS, is among the candidates being considered to fill the vacant Men's Basketball coaching job at Jacksonville State.


During the ESPN telecast of last night's NIT Ford was reported to be a candidate to replace John Brady at LSU.

According to the newspaper report Maloney may well be down a few notches on the list but I felt it worth reporting if for no other reason than to use "head job" in the title of this post.
